  People I honestly think - we should consider abandoning the kind & type of democracy we are practising . If the minority leader in parliament Osei Kyei- mensah bonsu (aka Lawrence) can sit in parliament where the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) bill was read more than twice , debated and passed and can still come out of parliament and take to the media demanding sources of funding for - YEA - when - percentages of -communication tax , district assembly common fund and GETFUND are captured as sources in that same document which was presented to him and he tried stopping unsuccesfully - then I think we are not getting value for money . We might be wasting money filling the seats in parliament for nothing. We can only draw one conclusion - that he did not even read the document before he tried stopping it for political gains.

  If mismanagement at NYEP by former administrators is reason not to reorganize GYEEDA formally NYEP then I hate to inform members of the minority party in parliament, NPP, there should be no government institution in operation at this time in Ghana.
  
  NYEP failures are attributable to the Kufour administration and NPP failures aided by incompetent NDC members of parliament at the time NYEP came into operations. It was NPP and Kufour who did not provide sustainable government budget funding, mandatory rules for the employees and managers and or government agency with oversight jurisdiction over NYEP. Unfortunately, the now NPP minority party count on the ignorance of the voting public as the public and the NPP continue the blame the failed NYEP setup on the spineless NDC.
