  African leaders are very greedy. They don't take care of their citizens. No employment after school. No lights for any other businesses. No good medical facilities. They only steal state funds and save them overseas. These things will continue to happen unless Africa leaders understand the real meaning of governance. When their voted into power, the only thing they think of is to steal from the state. Nothing else.
