In a very long time ago, when the Fanti’s along the coast Ghana led by Nana Kwamena Ansah and Kwegyir Aggrey were very smart in protecting their people and property from the colonial rogues who wanted to steal their lands. They took the “OBURONI” sugar, sardines, whiskey and other goodies but never sold their land and conscience. However, the pigmies in the Akyem forest were ready to condone with them to sell their belongings just to get a title “SIR” to be added to their traditional name. They sold their birth right and conscience to “OBURONI” and forgot about the upcoming generation. The booty they collected was kept among few of them wearing the title “NANA” who will always want to see their neighbours worshipping and praising them for a token. Gone are those days; now the people are wising up. They have realised that it is their own labour, goodies and sweat that has made these stooges who want to be called “NANA” who they are.
The rise of Nkroful boy child from the west of the country; who laboured on his own, through stowaway to American to educate himself and made it to England to further his education can never be under estimated.
He is a true hero who can tell how people feel when they complain to have nothing or hungry.
His struggle for independence was a true experience of his life about humanity and clear conscience.
He will not bow to any imperialist, colonialist or neo colonialist tendencies,
He was born to lead and effect change,
He truly has the spirit of God and not man or some crying spirit in Dodowa forest,
His struggle to free humanity from imperialist serves as the benchmark of freedom to the many countries in the world and truly truly as Jesus Christ said in the bible “a prophet is without honour except in his own country”.
When Jesus was preaching salvation for the people and teaching them about the need to repent and adopt practice of good conscience and clean living; the scribes and the Sadducees were busy and heavily planning how to destroy him to please the Roman lords as a sign of their continued allegiance to them.
Was it not the same for the Nkroful boy child? When he was searching and fighting for freedom and emancipation for his people from imperialist domination and slave war lords. He admonished his people to desist from laziness and adopt the attitude of hard work and creativity. While he is busy working at positive structures to set the freedom agenda his enemies; the pigmies of Akyem were employing various evil tactics to eliminate him. First they went to the queen of England to protest against our independence when they failed, they came home and connived with wicked foreign agents to bomb the Nkroful born child.
Yet they couldn’t succeed until the God of Nkroful Boy graciously saved him from the atrocious coup d’état which ushered in the rule of darkness in the country.
It is an unequivocal fact how these Danquah-Busia groupings planned to destabilised Dr Kwame Nkrumah and destroy his heritage.
If the atomic energy installed by Nkroful boy child had NOT been sold to the Americans AFTER Nana Addo’s Father (Edward Akuffo Addo, Busia and Kotoka and Ofori Atta) took bribe to overthrow him, would we be crying wolf today? Imaging how people can be so blind and empty. “When they don’t know what to do with any project it means sell it” They fed their kids with the booty from the spoil after Nkrumah; today these kids are here to continue their father’s legacy. Legacy of darkness; since their birth they don’t know, feel or understand when people cry of having nothing or suffering.
Their silly self esteemed and endemic mental slavery, which is continually demonstrated by their sons and daughters, is what is still holding this country abay.
When thinkers are trying to fix problems, all you can see these sons of anarchist doing is manufacturing how to destroy. Fortunately for them, God allowed them to taste power for eight years of favourable world economic conditions; after being in opposition for long. What did they use their power for?
They couldn’t add even one mega watt of energy to the country’s power generation in their 8 years ruling. Today they are behaving like an ostrich pretending all is fine. How on earth can they end up in a hair dressing salon for a loan? These are the kind of people we have in the country Ghana. Sheer incompetency, majority of them attended school and finished with no school certificates and cannot even remember which school they attended. Everything they know about economics is buying and selling. Creativity has eluded them. They only dream.
All we saw in their eight years in office was day light robbery of properties and owning them at all cost. They did it with no shame, penetrated into state reserve lands and forcefully paid peanut for them.
Siphoning from state account and redenominated the currency with impunity. They portrayed glare demonstration of arrogant and abuse of power. It is unbelievable how their numerous presidential initiatives, ended up in “MATREKO WO” island. They signed dubious contracts that have left us with paying judgement debts today.
NB: the sale of Ghana Airways and its properties abroad, Ghana Telecom, the oil Rig and Ashanti Gold Fields,….These are the enemies, demons and very evil who came to kill steal and destroy. Kuffour did not construct any road in Accra yet he managed to change and rename what his predecessors have done to create the impression that he is working.
From their birth they were thought to backbite, destroy, kill and make shameless utterances, bully, join occult and make use of cannabis.
If you are discern citizen, I will entreat you sit up and think, get knowledge and don’t sell your conscience to these reckless generation who don’t care about Ghana than to seek their self interest. Prof. Mills tried to heal and rejuvenate this nation. He was not spared with the most insult ever known in history. Prof was truthful to his words, that, he will not victimise anyone but would be a president for all Ghanaians. He believed in building Ghana afresh after their spoil but they won’t allow him.
This is what these guys stand and live for “If it’s not them then it’s nobody” What a callous and insensitive generation these are?
Wise up Ghanaians else your generation will suffer more than you are going through now. Begin to think and be creative. Government will only create favourable environment but it is up you to take advantage by your creations. No one can better your life than you. Think of what you can do today; for tomorrow may never be yours.

Under Pepeni's watch, the Chief justice could also record no peace, stability, security and sustainable development. It is true that, "pepeni born ayigbes" have abrogated the rule of law because, they can't accept one and also, it is impossible because of who they are. As their number reproduces into the police department, judiciary, as well as politics so will the corruptions. It is not a coincidence that Ghana retrogress big time, its only when, Pepeni visited the house. A lawless group shouldn't be considered for a matter of fantacy but for a real matter of facts.

The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.
This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

What does the Mahama NDC gov't means by an Ultra modern Kumasi central market? What comparable ultra modern market in developed countries of the world should Ghanaians compare this Ultra modern Kumasi central market?
We have been in this country when the uncompleted extension of the runway of Kumasi Regional Airport has been described by the Mahama NDC gov't as an ultra modern international airport comparable to any international airport in the US, Germany, France, UK, Holland, China, Hong Kong, etc, etc. So what does the Mahama NDC gov't means by an ultra modern Kumasi central market because Ghanaians have had it with mediocre leadership and propaganda.

In Ghana judges are the weakest link in the country's democracy. Ghanaian judges are supposed to be principled but they are not trust worthy. Judges in Ghana embody the Ghanaian attributes of bribery, sycophancy, arrogance, corruption and what not. In Ghana injustice prevails everywhere because judges do not believe that they are the last governmental institution that protects the common man against the tyranny of the state, and the impudence of the affluent and the connected.
Ever since Rawlings summarily executed the three high court judges, judges in Ghana have been eternally cowered into submission. A Ghanaian judges instinct is always what is expedient. In Ghana a judge dare not rule against the powerful or the connected. It is close to impossible for the common man to seek refuge in the judicial system. I think we are doomed.

Akuffo-Addo is actually insane and mad to suggest that he is forgiving the CPP. If somebody tries to kill the elected leader of a country and the person ends up in jail and dies from natural causes, why should Akuffo-Addo forgive anybody? Akuffo-Addo is basically insane to suggest that point. Nkrumah after all was too kind. We will be reminding you soon of how NPP elements including Akufo-Addo’s father put Nzemas such as Boye Moses in very small iron-fenced cages suitable for dogs and paraded them throughout the principal streets of Accra after the 24 February 1966 coup that overthrew Nkrumah. This was similar to what the Islamic State is currently doing now in Iraq. What did Nzemas do for this fate? And the old fool Freddie Blay is now on the side of this completely insane Akufo-Addo. How can the so-called liberal tradition of the NPP expel over million West Africans living in Ghana, of which many were born in Ghana, with only two weeks notice in 1969 and use the chance to steal their properties or buy their properties at bargain prices.

I have always believed that it is the courts and the judicial system that is nurturing the breakdown of law and order in Ghana. It manifested itself most vividly in the ruling of the election petition. They hit either the the bottom of incredulous lack of intellect or the height of absurd corruption, or both. Who cares to go to court if that is what we are going to get. I bet they are not even sitting down to do their post-mortem. they are busy relishing in their loot. With such unexemplary behaviour who could rely on them for fairness, even handedness. Justice system has taken a turn for the worse in Ghana in the past 5 years. You begin to wonder if all they are taught in their training is how to dupe the state, how to take bribes without being caught. Atubuga tainted judicial system to its lowest point. I bet it got his son a job at the presidency.

A CRIMINAL HIMSELF QUESTIONING THE INTEGRITY OF OTHERS. Please read on and see what criminals you will be dealing with should you ever go near "Silver Star" for anything.
Silver Star is a criminal company which is specialised in serious fraud. Ghanaians should avoid their service if they do not want trouble.
In June 2011, I shipped my first hand, Mercedesbenz E 270 CDI saloon car which had just been superbly serviced and conditioned by Mercedesbenz of Ascot UK to Ghana.
Unfortunately it turned out that the agent recommended to me to take delivery of the car on my behalf in Ghana was either incompetent or clueless, so he delayed in taking delivery of the car, even though he was in possession of all the car's documents and the required money at least 2 months before the car's arrival at the Tema Harbour.
Criminals at the Tema harbour had already helped themselves to the car's electronic control unit (ECU) and its ignition key by the time my incompetent agent took delivery of the car, just 2 days after its arrival in Ghana.
I had the car assessed by the Harbour engineers at Ghana Customs and was informed that only the ECU and the car's key were missing. So I had the car which was otherwise in near perfect condition towed to Silver Star for replacement of the ECU and a new car key, thinking they would do honest work, being the official self-styled affiliate of Mercedesbenz in Ghana.
How wrong I was!!!
Silver Star demanded a deposit of 3000 cedis (almost $3000 dollars at the time) before accepting to admit the car to their workshop and they knew why !!! The assessment made by Silver Star "engineers" was so shocking. In contrast to the information I received from the Harbour engineers, they claimed that most of the car's engine parts had been stolen including its steering controls, together with loads of parts and initially claimed I would be required to pay 6500 Euros to get the car sorted. I was so shocked by this report. I however suspected foul play and sent a friend to the workshop immediately without prior notice to make thorough photographs of the actual state of the car which were emailed to me immediately. As the first owner of this otherwise always superbly maintained car, I realised that I was dealing with criminals and needed to be careful. Thinking the first Silver star "engineer", a woman, may be at her criminal activity on her own, I asked my friend to get a second assessment from a second engineer. But, this time it was even worse!! This so-called engineer, added more parts to the fictitious list and made up a figure of 8500 Euros and even claimed it may eventually amount to about 11,000 Euros, as he also needed to consider the foreign exchange rate depreciation by the time the supposed spare parts arrived in Ghana!!!
By the time it became clear to me what I was coming up against, four months had elapsed. Sensing danger I sent my friend with the towing truck to get the car from their worshop. In the meantime they had kept the car unprotected from the elements and had even placed just a wooden slab on the sun roof which had become dysfuntional in the absence of the electronic control unit and ignition key. My excellent factory-made leather seats and leather interior all bore the hallmarks of serious neglect through rain and dust.
Now when I asked my friend to tow away the car these criminals kept all the 3000 cedis deposit, claiming that it was for keeping the car in the rain and dust on their compound.
To cut a long story short, I towed the car to Kumasi where I had a garage prepared for it, went to Germany and got the missing ECU unit for 250 Euros on internet (even a brand new unit I was told by Mercedesbenz Aachen, Germany would have cost me only 750 Euros maximum). I had the part fitted in by an engineer from Suame Magazine and it took him just 10 minutes!! and programmed by another specialist who both charged 100 Euros for their services, as the work was deemed that simply and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car.
It was driven to the straight to the licensing office and off it went on the road for just 350 Euros instead of a purported 11,000 Euros, as was demanded by the band of criminals calling themselves Mercedesbenz Silver Star in Tema.
This is my amazing, but truthful experience with Silver Star. Deal with them at your peril, whether for a new car or repair work.
Their criminal activities are well supported by the Ghanaians who work there. It is not a case of Lebanese, it is a company culture well supported by Ghanaian criminals calling themselves engineers. Please let the world know them for their deeds.

I had the part fitted in by an engineer from Suame Magazine and it took him just 10 minutes!! and programmed by another specialist who both charged 100 Euros for their services, as the work was deemed that simple and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car.
It was driven straight to the licensing office and off it went on the road for just 350 Euros instead of a purported 11,000 Euros, as was demanded by the band of criminals calling themselves Mercedesbenz Silver Star in Tema.

I am not supporting the judges but the car dealer should be aware of warranties and guaranties underlying any sales. If the product is defective the buyer can return it provided the warranty hasn't run out .The dealer can in turn return the product to the manufacturer for it to be replaced. This is what is done in Europe and most developed countries, I don't know if the laws are different in Ghana .I stand to be corrected. Even clothes are returned if you don't like them.

A prosecuting attorney called his first witness, a grandmotherly, elderly woman, to the stand. He approached her and asked, “Mrs. Jones, do you know me?” She responded, “Why, yes, I do know you Mr. Williams. I’ve known you since you were a young boy. And frankly, you’ve been a big disappointment to me. You lie, you cheat on your wife, you manipulate people and talk about them behind their backs. You think you re a rising big shot when you haven’t the brains to realize you never will amount to anything more than a two-bit paper pusher. Yes, I know you.” The lawyer was stunned. Not knowing what else to do he pointed across the room and asked, “Mrs. Williams, do you know the defense attorney?” She again replied, “Why, yes I do. I’ve known Mr. Bradley since he was a youngster, too. I used to baby-sit him for his parents. And he, too, has been a real disappointment to me. He’s lazy, bigoted, he has a drinking problem. The man can’t build a normal relationship with anyone and his law practice is one of the shoddiest in the entire state. Yes, I know him.” At this pointthe judge rapped the courtroom to silence and called both counselors to the bench. In a very quiet voice, he said with menace, “If either of you asks her if she knows me, you ll be jailed for contempt!”

Khalmoni sold a defective vehicle to his client and refused to replace it. No sane person would like to purchase a defective car for a brand new car at an exorbitant cost. If this injustice could not be peacefully resolved, then the client had no option than to go to the court. The ruling of the court means that Khalmoni was wrong and he must do the right thing without any reckless statement.

I totally agree. Judges decisions are bad. You jail someone for 5years for stealing a goat but ask a man to pay GHC2500 for defiling a 9 year old girl? WHY. Shocking. I rest my case.
The Lebanese people have always disrespected black Africans. They come into our country, dabble in illegal businesses including smuggling gold, diamonds etc. out of our country without paying any taxes while camouflaging al ...

You probably should have given the judges more money if you know of their fallibility so well!!
KALMONI, WHERE YOU COME FROM IT IS ONLY THE CHIEF IMAM WHO MAKE DECISIONS WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF APPEAL. IF OUR JUDGES ARE CORRUPT, JUST GET OUT TOWN.
If a litigant loses a case in the court and so concludes that the judge was influenced by his opponent to rule against him, that is clearly an irresponsible talk.
Khalmoni sold a defective vehicle to his client and refused t ...

Nana Akuffo Addo knows very well that he did not win and wanted to use some of S judges to steal the Election but the honest judges among them prevailed
Kwame well that is your judgement. Am close to a S judge who sat on the case who ve regretted his action.
In fact I started loosing hope in Ghanaians judges during the 2012 election petition when Atugba and Co.saw the truth and dcides to abondon it.
Integrity is intact for Lawyer Okudzeto but people like lawyer Kudzawu a typical Ghanaian lawyer who would dupe his clients and as well as side with the the very people he should be fighting against thus colluding with Judge ...

An example all Ghanaian lawyers need to emulate. Be truthful to your self and then your clients.
Will Kalmoni made this remark if the decision were to go into his favour? He should know that the law is different from buying and selling automobile. He may disagreed with what judges have said but that did not render their ...

Who are those challenging the intergrity of our judges, it is the Akans because Nana was declared the looser in the last elections by the judges period
Nana will always loose.I am an Akan but I can"t stand that guy.I love his excellent English..though! I hate the whole idea that he genuinely thinks he was born to rule us.
Even at the Office of the Chief Justice Goergina Wopod, they take bribes and are influenced !!! I have proof.
Kalmoni could be right. In a country where people holding human head and arms (yaa-naa) were found not quilty cannot have a clean judiciary
If you don't like it in Ghana, you can go back to your fucking country.

WHY SHOULD GHANAIAN JUDGES CONTINUE TO WEAR THOSE KIND OF WIGS HANDED TO US BY DEPARTING COLONIAL ADMINISTRATION IN 1957.
IT IS AN EYE SAW AND TIME THEY LEARN FROM THE EXAMPLE OF THE JUDICIAL HOUSE IN KENYA
Yes, I doubt their integrity because if Justice Quist can allow himself to be influenced by President Mahama to sentenced Dramani Adamu former Bawku MP by given him custodial.
