  he was just practicing in-advanced skills. definitely no robber will use phone to call a victim after robbery attack..even if there will be a call, it should be made with fresh simcard which will be thrown away after each use ...

  he was just practicing in-advanced skills. definitely no robber will use phone to call a victim after robbery attack..even if there will be a call, it should be made with fresh simcard which will be thrown away after each use... ghana police MUST use sim tracker device or portable gprs device o locate proximity of or nearness of or location of simcards and areas where calls are made from..with this device,police can scoop out amed robbers from holes where they are hiding.

  We those who bank with Kakum Rural Bank , Elmina, have not been paid January salary, becuase it is bankrupt. Government must come to our aid, else the sabotage will not benefit government. Can the government jail the officials who have used peoples money to invest illegally and not paying salaries on time? Our saving, treasury bills etc are losing out.
