Arrest, prosecute and jail headteachers who over charges- is just like stealing money. Demoting thieves is not enough. Thieves should be fired or send to jail like all other thieves.
Why is Ashanti Region monopolising all the evil things? From fraud to stealing from their wives to even trying to sleep with their mothers! And how they love bat and monkey meat!
