And this is a party and gov't seeking a bailout from the Bretton Woods institution specifically the IMF to shore up the Mahama-led NDC gov't's recognized and renowned lack of credibility in exercising fiscal discipline and an outrageous penchant for looting taxpayer funds to buy the vote and to enrich themselves at the expense of Ghana's development objectives...
Clearly under the Mahama-led NDC gov't, Ghana is steadily on track in retrogressing to levels comparable to the mid-80's until they are fired at the ballot box in 2016, no matter the goodies, cash and booty thrown around the whole country.

Imagine the Tory Government using UK taxpayers money to fund their communications department of the Tory Party or the US government funding party activists of the Obama led administration.
