What Kufour's son doesn't know is that the problem is not particularly about Mahama, the driver mate that has become the driver all of a sudden in the last three years. The real problem is the P/NDC party and its government that have been in power now for seven years and had previously squandered 20years of our lives.

With unprecedented revenues, and being in power more than any other party in the country, the P/NDC government should have been in a positioned to diagnose and implement a Better Ghana Agenda in Power generation, water supply and agriculture from day one in 2009, and not go on pursuing their current 'Worse Ghana Agenda' with massive corruption and reckless borrowing which have landed us in the present deplorable situation. Ghanaians can't wait any longer; they are fed up!

If the NPP were having any ideas of solving the power crisis they would have done so during their eight year rule and the NDC would have been riding on white horses to the Independence Square by now. Now then, they are opportunistically making all these noises since they are firmly aware that the NDC is aplomb to tackling the problem they failed to confront during their era to score some political point.

Should NDC solved the problem, then they get the hurrah for pushing the NDC so far. Should NDC falter, then they by the same token get the upper hand to The Flagstaff House with ease. Such is their tactics hence their opportunistic demonstration of yesterday.

Akosombo water level has risen to bursting levels that we might have to open spillways to shed off excess water. All the thermal plants that were down for maintenance have miraculously been fixed and are back in full operation. Bui is operating in full capacity. Atuabo Gas is flowing waawaa. As for West Africa Gas Pipeline, Boko Haram militants have ensured that it is flowing without interruption.
So you see what the NPP Wongbo Demo has achieved?

Most of you on this forum do not understand what the word " motivated " means within the context of the Presidents' remark. To be motivated in this context do not mean that the President was previously sleeping and not putting measures in place to get to both medium and a long term solution to this power generation and distribution problem. At least he is control of the situation unlike President Kuffour who imported "toy " generators to mitigate the power crisis in 2008.
The NPP and its supporters should stop being hypocritical about this energy problem. This problem was not the creation of the Mahama administration but the result of failure of past gov't to make this power and energy issue a top priority. Kuffuor and the NPP govts priority was the purchase of "gold chains ' to honor themselves for no work done. Now the non-performers are on the street making unnecessary noise.
Is this the very first time Ghanaians are experiencing power rationing? Why are we with this problem since 2008?

Previously people cared and did something. They were motivated and put measures in places. They got the ball rolling. They even brought in those toy generators to cater for various regions and emergencies. Just because its called toy generators you think they were useless. You are sooo 1535.

Some people set up an electricity generating merry go round. The concept is simple. As children play, it generates electricity - Nice and simple. What happened? Nkwaseafo came.

Today fools are standing round dancing to the phrase toy generator without realising that today today, the technology to give my house 24 hours light and fan with electricity for fridge is possible with tiny toys. That toy generator can sort hundreds of homes or school or hospital.

Since 2008, just look around you and ask what happened. All those efforts wasted. . Back to Nursery.

If you refuse to use your God's giving wisdom to plan and live better, then you are undeserving and not worthy of God. Mahama inherited a thriving economy and now we do not know how Ghanaians are going to keep their jobs and feed their families. A God loving person thinks how best his efforts will help people to have food on the table and take care of themselves. God loving people do not steal from people.
