Why do we assume that someone with a Swiss account is a thief?? We in Africa have created a situation where our banks are not a safe place to put our money. A prime example is what happened in Ghana during the AFRC when peoples bank accounts were raided by the state. Once people lose trust in the banks they will take their money elsewhere. Of course there are some crooks but not all. After all stolen money is just as good as clean money and should have been banked here in Africa
