Even Chimpanzees have some admirable characteristics. Humans are not supposed to look like this man, and to think that he finds himself more superior than other beings not of his tribal affiliation is simply pathetic. What he said about the nation’s natural resources is a fact, but who told him that his tribe smelt all these resources thousands of years ago and because they are the most intelligent species on earth, they decided to make it their home. You ignorant beast should know that in a civilized sovereign country, even a cross between an ape and some other human can become a Minister of Finance. As I have walked this earth I have come to the conclusion that the most vicious and evil humans are all physically challenged, i.e. UGLY... Hitler, Idi Amin, Stalin, Ian Smith, Osama Bin Laden ... Osafo Marfo, you think of some and finish the puzzle.

Thank God that in their numbers, they are the weakest link, and the weaker ethnic group. If these Ashantis who like to align themselves with other Akan groups, whenever it suits their convenience dare start a war with the Northerners, the Ewes or the Gas at any point, they will LOSE. Period! Please believe me if they thought they could win, they would have started fighting 50 years ago. Besides many of the non-Ashanti Akan groups are closely more related to the other ethnic groups than to Ashantis. Gas and the Fantis and Akuapims are cousins and of the civilized coastal mentality. The Ewes would rather align themselves with their enemies’ enemy. The Northerners, they have had enough of the belligerence of their self-styled so-called MASTERS.

Let the games begin, and bring on your ethnic or tribal war. One dumb war blunder they've already cause is forcing every Ghanaian to speak or understand Twi, but they refusing to speak and understand other Ghanaian languages. We will see who infiltrates who. It has already started backfiring, because obviously, there was a man or woman in that meeting whom they all thought was pure Akan or Ashanti.

Maybe the Ashantis are not good at project management. But as farmers only the Kwawus have a little bit of wealth from cocoa. Akans in general have been in Ghana politics since the beginning and the economy is still in a total mess.

One of Kuffour's sons (Chief Kuffour) mobilized a consortium of local banks for a loan to purchase it.

It happened at a time when Chief's father was the President so the then opposition NDC party made a huge political capital out of it by presenting it via propaganda to the public as a conflict of interest on President Kuffour's part.

It is instructive to note that, all the banks involved in the loan package were identified with their respective contributions. The hotel is also situated in Ghana, right by the Kotoka International Airport for all to see. It is still alive and kicking, employing Ghanaians and paying taxes to the govt of Ghana. So what is your problem with that?

Tell me what our son Rawlings did for us during his 19-year rule? He only allowed himself to be used by our own ethnocentric Ewe folks like tribalistic late Professor Kofi Awoonor and Capt. Rtd. Kojo Tsikata to harass Akans.

If anything at all, we know that Kuffour and his NPP erected the Keta sea defence wall which Rawlings only persistently paid lip service to; introduced school feeding program; national health insurance scheme and free maternity care for pregnant women, all of which tremendously benefited us Ewes!! By the time Rawlings was leaving power, Volta Region was the poorest among all the ten regions in the country.

To me, Ewes must wake up and be prepared to work with any govt that has our interest at heart, no matter what party forms that govt. That is why I have singlehandedly taken it upon myself to campaign among Ewes to reject NDC in Election 2016. We are living in the fool's paradise by allowing NDC to continue to tag us the its "World Bank of Votes".

Ken Agyapong, an NPP renegade has said Ashantis should rise up and kill Gas and Ewes. And I am sure given the chance he will. And he is still a member of the NPP. The so called elders have not condemned him or reprimanded him. It is only logical to conclude therefore that they are all in tacit agreement with this proposition. In the UK even if a white person gets up to say "kill all blacks". He will be duly arrested by the police arraigned before a judge and be given a very stiff 5 year sentence without mercy. But here in Ghana we allow potential murderers roaming around as politicians, political parties planning to distort democratic discourse in Ghana who encourage descent and unlawful behaviour. And we do nothing!? That buffoon should have been thrown out of NPP long time ago!

Recent events have shown without a doubt that NPP is a fascist party run by 70-plus year olds with a huge grudge against the rest of other tribes in Ghana They erroneously think that the streets of Ashantiland is paved with gold and that all the cocoa come from their area therefore have the God given right to rule us. What nonsense!!!

In the first place the gold is extracted by machines and expertise from abroad (not invented or manufactured by them ) bought with Ghana money and mined by all Ghanaians for the benefit of all and shipped from Ga (Accra) to the rest of the world. Remember gold underground is not wealth !!!

The cocoa was brought to Ghana by a Ga called Tetteh Quarshie without which Ashantis will be coming to Accra to carry latrine waste.

Incidentally Cocoa and Gold only form 10 percent of Ghana GDP so how can you claim to have over 80 percent of Ghana' a wealth???!!!
Gold underground is not wealth. Gold deposits have been discovered in the Accra plains but Gas don't boast about!!!

So please tell your now discredited so called politician Osafo Marfo he is as wrong as can be. Any Akan who believes what Mr Margo said is living on cloud cuckoo land. The Ashantis suffer from delusion of grandeur.

Some of our leaders have tried to divide us by using tribal or ethnic boundries without success, eg. when Kwame Nkrumah wanted to neutralize the Asante Kingdom and the powers of the Asantehene by breaking Brong and Ahafo. Rawlings also brought his group of Ewe tribesmen who succeeded in pushing all Akans out of sight from gov't business. P.V. Obeng and a few remained untouched.

Except a few courageous Akans were able to voice out their concerns and displeasure about the tribal situation that was dividing Ghana at that time. Now there's great awareness; people have seen the light and won't allow this canker to eat into the skin of Ghanaians anymore!

So interestingly, the NDC, as hypocritic as they've always been have turned around crying wolf. They're accusing the NPP of being tribalistic. That's a lie! Those NPP gurus who seem lost by those statements purported to have been said by Mr. Yaw Osafo Marfo should rather be smart and feel the kind the language that's being spoken. The NDC is using the tribal card to cause great disaffection within and without the NPP party.

Stand up and tell the people what the NDC is trying to. This is vile propaganda. If Akans are tribalistic who come there're Zongo and Ewe communities in all Akan cities and towns, large or small? There're Akan people living in the Northern Regions of Ghana, just as there are Northeners and Voltarians living in the South. This tribal card must be torn into pieces before it's too late!

It's a matter of being smart. Another tape was played on the airwaves by NDC's Radio Gold and its affiliate stations accusing one of NPP's Northern Regional leaders. Instead of the party executives to read through the line and know the intent of the broadcasters, they rather got carried away by conducting a forensic editing. It's just a waste! Be smart folks. The NDC seem to outwit our party's leaders and national executives, with all sorts of propaganda materials. It's time to stand tall; get smart and prepare for the 2016 elections.

When you're confronted with questions about this tribal card, please don't chicken out by being defensive. NDC knows it's a dangerous thing that could break the country. They're using this purposely for the 2016 elections. 22 months will give them a lot of time to poison the minds of the Ghanaian electorate knowing well that people will be vigilant during voting. So they want to add this tribal card thing to cause great confusion or chaos. Just mark it as I had said long time ago. Our leaders have to be smart.

Recently Asantehene questioned how Asantes are been short changed when it comes to appointments in Ghana. By so doing is Asantehene playing ethnocentric game?
If John Mahama can go round the whole Northern regions telling his own people to vote for him because he is one of them where was my brother Philip.
When western regional house of chiefs requested President John Mahama to appoint a western regional citizen as the minister of petroleum was this also ethnocentric?
In his first Regional Ministers appointments John Mahama appointed ministers who come from the same regions. People who know the challenges in the respective regions and can perform effectively. Not knowing what was in his mind he quickly swapped them around. After few months in their various regions, John Mahama brought them back again into.their former regions. Were these appointments ethnocentric? John Mahama realised the mistakes and quickly corrected them because people who are associated with a region will perform better than those who are not, is this ethnocentric?
Philip, better do a analysis of the Statement whether is coming from Osafo Marfo or not and stop been infected by NDC toxin which they want to use to get away from DUMM DUM DUMM SOR crisis .
