  The ASHI is just a duplication of work being done by the DIC ( Destination Inspection Companies ) at a fee of 1% of CIF per every consignment. Why then paying for pay to a foreign company for the same services. The country stands to loose if the system is not abolished. The CEO of GSA Dr Kofi Mbeah must be sacked
