  This is precisely the reason lots of ppl dont even want to ship to GH anymore. To much taxes and fees involve It is just ridiculous.

What is the use of all these Phd holders in government if they cannot come up with smart ideas for generation funds for development?

I hope Mahama takes these times seriously and stop the rot at all cost. Stop the allocation of quota system for northerners in university admission, security services are such examples as quoted by Nana Konadu. You are pushing the limits of Ghanaians with tribal politics.
