  If all the rethorics of the comedian prez Mahama were a reality, then Ghana would be a fully developed (advanced/ first world) country by the end of this year (2015). Imagine if all that he talked about, viz the infrastructural dev't were true, then Ghana will be called a developed country by the end of this year. Prez Mahama is heartless, how can you stare Ghanaians in the face and tell us these blantant lies as if we are a nation of morons? Aba, because you are power drank? How could you explain the relationship between the massive inflow of financial resources (cash) and revenue accruing from the numerous higher taxes, withdrawal of subsidies and denial of payments to workers and contractors to those abysmal investments you claimed your govt have made? Give us a break!

  infrastructure development definitely will pave the way towards economic growth and transformation. The establishment of the GIIF is therefore a welcome idea. However the only way that the fund will work profitably and sustainably is to set it up along commercial lines. It should be an autonomous institution run by people who are recruited on merit and not who you know in politics. The fund should be a profit making entity and not depend on Government resources after the initial seed money. The innovative way to make this fund sustainable therefore is to crowd in financing from the private sector.

  Where is the location of the newly construct water systems and who is the contractor taking the project.Remember Ghanaians are not fools is Kwahu Ridge and Tie #2 part of those that get the new water system?
