The court should have suspended the election in the electoral area where Mr Mensah wanted to contest and not that of the entire country. In fact the coffers of Ghana is at stake.

Mr kojo Afari Gyan thinks he's the only blow man in ghana when it comes to election, this man is so sure of himself that, he times think he understand the law even better then lawyers.The vertict in 2012 that called for reforms has clearly fell on death ears.If CI, s within the constitution give you powers, you should know the parent law exist, my only worry is how the supreme court can repair the interpretation they gave to a mandatry word shall to mean otherwise in the true
sens of the word.Clearly the supreme court had to use wisdom intead of the law to safe this country from war after the 2012 election but the ndc think it was due to smartness even in the face of incontrovectible evidence put up by the npp.This time nobody should excuse the EC because they ve 4 years to organize every election in this country.
