I agree totally with the view that SADA should not only be for northerners. Employing any qualified Ghanaian would broaden the views and developmental approaches that need to be adopted for making SADA viable.

The sad thing about today's parliament is we don't have brilliantly rubostful and aggressive opposition who know what they talk about.

SADA is an NDC created criminal institution into which bank Mahama and his crooks divert moneys for their self greedy interest purposes only. It is tribal, it is unethical, it purely one sided political organisation fill with diabolical political plans against the non-NDC suppotive regions.

The question is, why is SADA only meant for the Volta, the 3 Northern regions and unbelievably only the northern part of the Brong areas that are predominantly occupied by people from the north, why?

My pain is, Charles Abugri is such a nice gentleman who is going to be used for others dirty hidden agenda to destroy his creditably built reputation. Sorry Charles but they have push you into a wrong place after finishing all the money which could have gone to support elevate poverty of your people, their people.

I have always wondered if the Ministers and Political Appointees of the John D Mahama Presidency have ever seen and read the "Code of Ethics for Ministers and Political Appointees in Ghana.

This document is available at the Presidency - The Chief of Staff should know about it. If he is new as he has just taken over from Prosper Bani, he should demand it and read it himself.

The document was prepared with assistance from the Canadian Government. It has the photographs of the President (John D Mahama) and Vice President (Kwesi Amissah-Arthur) on the initial 5 pages.

By inference, this document was prepared by the Mahama-led administration.

Ghanaians and in particular the Press/Media should get a hold of this document (just as they seem to be quoting profusely from the 1992 Constitution) and use it to hold the Ministers and Political Appointee accountable.

I applaud the Mahama-led administration for this document, but if the document is not going to be made available to the citizenry, then I doubt the sincerity and the rational for seeking the Canadian Government help in producing it. Probity, sincerity, and accountability. I have a copy.

I can be 100% confident that the appointees of government have not read or being made to read and sign it as having read and will be guided by it.

It is not surprising that the behaviour and utterances from Government (including the President himself) and its appointees are at variance to the document.

Things have really fallen apart and so the centre cannot hold. "Aye basaa".

I make no apologies. The document is there. I have a copy, though I don't work at the presidency or anywhere near the presidency. I am a citizen of a foreign nation
