WOW, there he goes again. If you do not appreciate that pressure comes with the territory, you will not know how to distinguish what matches require most important attention or not. Get used to it, the coaching position is about being able to win; you don't and you will be out of the door in quick time. If the coach does not realise the pressure to win at that level, he sure is in the wrong business.
