  As one of the previous leaders of our country, your lack of structural planning for our energy future has resulted in this embarrassing dumsor- dumsor.
  
  It is grossly disingenuous to heap blames on the current administration. You should be held responsible for not being proactive enough to nip the energy crisis in the bud.
