The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.

This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

It seems to me that you don't know what constitute corruption unfortunately. If you did, you would have known that the Government of Mahama is abound with corrupt minded, selfish and uncaring officials. For you therefore to describe the good work of (IEA) as pure garbage is not only stupid of you to say that, but sheer nonsense, it also speaks a lot about who you are and where you are coming from. You being an integral official of a government that has proven to us its ineptitude to govern and demonstrated its capacity to be 100% corrupt and be insensitive to and uncaring about the needs of Ghanaians never seen before in Ghana. It is no surprising that you would stand up and condemn the truth because the (IEA) report has exposed to Ghanaians and the World the unsavory truth about how Mahama and his administration use their positions to engage in blanket corruption in governing.
