No one can be trusted when it comes to such issues any more as our security is at stake. I may be wrong but the nature of this case will definately call for the president to be subpoenaed as a material witness, as his name is implicated here with his brother. I can bet my last cedi that this is the plan of the defence. Calling a sitting president to witness in a corruption trial is tantamount to impeachment, and I don't they are prepared to go through this. Ibrahim may be innocent but the implications for his brother may not be worth it to pursue this lawsuit. Not all good fights are meant to be won. Just have to use your brains and pick your battles.

I raised some pertinent legal issues here which may draw a sitting president into unnecessary litigation. Instead of coming up with a coherent counter argument, all you can do is to resort to insults in order to mask your low intelligence. I may be wrong in my assessment of the situation, but I am definately entitled to it. I wish that for once, you can think independently instead of wrapping yourself in the cloak of herd mentality.

Then issue a request or subpeana for all the records of plaintiff loan account with Merchant Bank before and after it was sold.

Also, they should name the new owners of Merchant Bank as witnesses.

In addition there is a Ghanaian now residing in the US who before the sale of the bank was fired and is prepared to provide proof that indeed Maama and his brother are thieves.

What does these people take us for - FOOLS !!.

How can a borrower who the president was trying to reschedule his loan payments turn around and buy the same bank thru NDC front men.
