IT IS LITTLE WONDER THAT HIS SUBBORDINATES ARE LAWLESS. THE CHIEF JUSTICE, IF SHE IS WORTH HER SALT, SHOULD GET THE SUPREME COURT TO INVESTIGATE HIS CONDUCT TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER OR NOT THERE IS A CONSTITUTIONAL BREACH OF OFFICE.
