From the facts stated, my impression is that, the boy has a long, thick and honey penis which the girl is enjoying and cannot disentangle herself from. So even if the boy is jailed, the girl will flee from the Abura Dunkwa home again and come to Takoradi to continue to "eat" the honey penis. Therefore the police and other law enforcement agencies involved in the case are wasting tax payers' money.

Even if the intercourse was consensual the fact remains that the girl was 13 years and therefore falls in the UNDER-AGE category. Mawuli 19 has no business dating a 13 year old. He cannot say he didn't know her age because he should have asked. What baffles me is why the mother left a mere 13 year old to travel all by herself. Is she bigger than her age? The fact that the mother didn't report him the first time means the woman was more tolerant and lenient. He took her leniency as a weakness to spite her. Mawuli should be punished
