For a gov't so much steeped in propaganda that would make Kim Jung Un, the Supreme leader of North Korea so proud, the true facts as presented by IEA most especially concerning the Presidency, has become extremely unpalatable for the likes of Boamah-Omane, Edward. It has become the proverbial bile in the mouth of Boamah-Omane, Edward, and the difficulty in swallowing it, is making him restless.
However, Boamah-Omane, Edward has no choice in this matter. Ghanaians have spoken very loudly and clearly, and they didn't stutter that, the Presidency is the second most corrupt institution in this country.
Ghana's woes as a country is a direct reflection and result of the very corrupt nature of the Presidency, and it takes one with an extremely warped appreciation of the facts to exhibit such dissidence bothering on the political to be described as a taboo, in the face of all the facts and evidence.
Boamah-Omane, Edward's clownish defense of the indefensible smacks of sycophancy of the most reckless kind and it is just needless. It is soo unnecessary.
It would interest Boamah-Omane, Edward to know that, the onus lies on his gov't to disprove the position of Ghanaians who are very clear in their minds that, the Presidency is the 2nd most corrupt institution as per the survey conducted by the IEA.
The detour and detraction from the facts would not change the position of Ghanaians and neither would the painting of the IEA with political colours change the facts.
The Mahama-led NDC gov't and Presidency is the most corrupt and Boamah-Omane, Edward should come to terms with these facts and it's appreciation, and that as a consequence of this, Ghanaians are very resolute in their resolve to massively jettison the Mahama-led NDC gov't at the ballot box in 2016.

About the charge you have leveled against the IEA at all,but you`ll have to concede the fact that much of the 'headaches' this administration has to grapple with has been caused by the 'NAKEDTH" greed displayed by key appointees of Prez Mahama - from DCEs who have participated in 'galamsey' activities,to other higher ups,who have plainly stolen monies earmarked for laudable projects (SADA,GYEEDA,Urban and Hiway road networks,School feeding, the revamping of Education and Health infrastructure). And the members of the bureaucratic class have,as always, not passed up the opportunity to engage in a 'mad scramble of their own,with ghost name, procurement and other legal loopholes, to line their private pockets! How can anybody countenance the 'spectacle'[circus] that is going on at the AG`s department?
And who do you expect to take the fall for the duplicity and gross incompetence shown by top and middle managers of our state-owned utility outfits?
What these charlatans at the IEA are bent on doing,is to keep you folks off focus by coming up with all these dubious survey reports. My advice would be ignore them,and expedite the house-cleaning exercise now underway in the MMDAs,particularly at the Tema harbour and the Controller & Acccountant Generals`s outfit.
