If the cops have considered the weight of the suspect ( Keglo) words and release him because he was framed. Why not arrest the person (Andrew Okaikoi) who frames him? At least, one person should heading to jail

Wow! I thought the position of the law in Ghana is that the mere possession of the drug in itself constitutes an offence. It is then for the defence to raise the defence of the drug being planted for the Court to decide as to whether or not the drugs wereactually planted by some one else. And when that is even the Court's finding, it only serves as a mitigating factor to reduce the severity of the pounishment but not for exonerating some one for being in possession of the drugs. The police therefore have taken a decision which should have been left to the defence to raise and for the Court to consider. I am sureif it were some one else the police would have prosecuted instantly. Oh, justice in Ghana depends onwhich party you belong to and whether your party is in power or not.What about those of us not belonging to any of the parties?

It means, Keglo's word that he was framed up by Mr. Andrew Okaikoi an Ndc ex parliamentary aspirant, was weighty enough to earn him his freedom. By the way, if the Police wants to be taken serious why is Mr. Okaikoi not in custody. Is this the way the Police want to go. Strange! Ghana is certainly but surely descending to the abyss under the Ndc government.
