It does begin to show clearly from the actions of today as captured when the NPP members attempted to join the 'one Ghana' demo, that there's a consistent, persistent and systematic level of intolerance and discrimination by the NDC party on the basis of one's political affiliation, on the basis of one's ethnicity, on the basis of one's tribe, on the basis of one's religion and this level of intolerance and discrimination is never good for the country.
The utterances, statements and
(in)actions of the (P)NDC is most worrisome and today's debacle was the worst, in the striking intolerance of the NDC party and gov't.
The bigotry, the realism of strong intolerance as exemplified today, the discrimination of the highest and worst kind by the NDC party does not bode well for the country.

They're claiming NPP solely belong to Akans who they perceive to be tribalistic. If so, why do we have Zongo and Ewe communities in all Akan Big Towns and Cities all over the country? Akans are loving, friendly and above all very hospitable. Why aren't there Akan communities in Ewe land and others? Ironically, it's Rawlings and his AFRC/P-NDC henchmen who heightened tribal issues in Ghana; they confiscated Akan businesses, killed as many as they could and chased many others into exile. Folks would recall a statement made by NDC's Nunoo Mensah, who said people should flee the country if they can't make ends meet. NDC apparatchiks believe that Akans---they mistakingly classify Asantis as all Akans---are dominating the economic and social affairs of Ghana and need to be neutralized. Hypocrites! So surprisingly, they're the very people who are practicing tribalism in Ghana. A look or glance into gov't appointees today will attest to this fact. But Akans are cool; they're peacefully and quietly surviving and taking care of their business and family.

NDC want to use this tribal bullshit to confuse Ghanaians. They seem to be succeeding because some NPP leaders aren't clever enough to support this dubious plot by the NDC and have started condemning Mr. Osafo Marfo while it's a known fact that the NDC is capable of doctoring the voice recording that's being played on the airwaves.
