Did you read that Kwesi Nyantakyi was in denial after President John Mahama made that statement. How many sponsorship deal they have for any other team apart from the Black Stars? The Black Star is fat cow that is where they can steal all the mind period.

Hello Gordon! I do understand and respect your contribution. However, in as much as Ghana is now a democratic country with freedom of speech does not mean that a national coach can say anything at anytime. In every organization there are code of ethics. Before coaches are employed they sign a contract. By signing a contract, a coach also agrees to abide by the code of ethics. In most organizations employees cannot make public statements whether positively or negatively partly because of code of ethics. However, employees can make contributions once a superior subject publicly comments on a specific. So, I do not think that coaches are hypocrites and do not want to come up with useful suggestions per se rather they may be complying simply with their CODE OF ETHICS. This is why MALIK did not prematurely comment on this issue which could have been a breach of contract but he waited until the president made the comment before he came up with his contribution. What MALIK has done now is therefore not hypocritical but in line with the CODE OF ETHICS.

Hello Emmanuel! I did read the article very well. And our understanding and interpretation of the article may differ but that is understandable to stimulate a discussion. My focus in disagreeing with Gordon is not about who is right or wrong. Rather, my focus is about how principles and guidelines could hinder what we can say at a particular time. And note, am not criticizing what Gordon says per se. I respect his opinion and he has every right to express and be entitled to his own opinions. However, am complaining about how difficult it can be to say anything at anytime given that we are normally bound by certain limitations to do so in various capacities
