The receipients of such dubiuos payments and all those who facilitated the payemnts must be prosecuted and prosecuted now and jailed for longer terms to act as deterrent. YOu are asking for a shared responsibilty to cure the economy, however, you failed to appoint experienced people from other parties into your govt. and appointed school boys into you govt. who have helped you run the counrty to the ground. The P(NDC) gov't has failed in leadership and governance and Ghanaians don't have any confidence in the Mahama-led NDC gov't to address the socio-economic transformation of this country. Ending 2016, the P(NDC)military/political grouping would have spent a mind-blowing 27years or close to three(3)long decades in the administrative governance of this country. And for the almost 3 decades of P(NDC)governance in this country, what has Ghana got to show for it?
Even with the advent of oil and gas revenue from our newly found commercial hydrocarbon resources, this is when the country is decelerating and plunging deeply into the doldrums on the back of mismanagement, incompetence and plain looting, whilst the NDC gov't blames imaginary enemies, imperialists, dwarves, etc, etc and attempts to stir ethnocentric and tribalistic strife in the country whilst pillaging the country into the depths and laughing all the way to the bank.
Ghanaians are saying the Mahama-led NDC gov't has failed and cannot deliver and are very resolute to fire this Mahama-led NDC gov't at the ballot box in 2016 massively. Enough is enough.
The level of mismanagement, incompetence and looting cannot in anyway advance Ghana's collective efforts for socio-economic transformation and the Mahama-led NDC gov't needs to go. Ghana deserves the best.

Wherever NDC is found, there is corruption, stealing, destruction and or killing of innocent humans. NDC came first to kill Ghanaians. For instance, they killed high court judges for no reason; including Justice Koranteng Addow a nursing mother, and two other high court judges among thousands of innocent civilians, burnt them to ashes. NDC came to destroy all the good policies instituted by NPP including, School Feeding Program, Free Maternal Care, National Insurance Scheme, District Assembly Common Fund and the Metro Mass Transportation system. They have managed to destroy all of these programs. How callous could they be than this? And finally they have stolen all assets belonging to Ghana, selling all to themselves as beneficiaries. They have stolen Ghana's bulky money in the treasury and last but not the least; they have created Gyeeda, Woyome, Sada, Subah, Merchant Bank, all in the name of judgment debt but rather criminally sharing the monies among themselves. How dare you? I mean how cruel are you to behave like this? NDC is typical in stealing, killing and destroying just as Satan the devil.
