Using Kuffour era as standard to grade our current situation is not good enough.Kuffour had lots of free dollars courtesy of generous donor but all he did even with those resources all he did was temporal and short term solutions. What good is it buying 2 MW generators for a national. That will not sustain one large hospital even in only in emergencies.
stop the politics and find a bipartisan solution to this problem than saying things that don't make sense except making those saying them feel good.
