The current administration (executive, parliament, judiciary) must provide the National Commission on Civic Education with the necessary resources its needs to perform its responsibilities now.

In order to perform its duties the NCCE must hold quizzes and debates especially amongst school children. The NCCE must also publish the winners of all past competitions or broadcast the competitions to increase civic awareness.

The state owned media must help NCCE in this regard without charging.

The minority could have said nothing about JJ but chose otherwise. Ghanaians are suffering under this current energy crises and you know it. Whether Kufuor add something or not, that is not what we need. Mahama is now the president and he told Ghanaians that he will do a better job than Kufuor. Do not be allowed to be fooled by some of these people.The earlier we look for a campaign strategy the better for us. Ghana is currently shedding between 400 and 700 Megawatts of power between off-peak and peak periods due to a shortfall in production which has been attributed to lack of gas supply to thermal plants across the country from the West Africa Gas Pipeline in Nigeria, as well as poor hydrology of the three main hydro-electric power stations: Akosombo, Bui and Kpong.

Also, the breakdown of some thermal plants while others are undergoing maintenance at the same time, have also been blamed for the problem as well as the lack of money to buy crude oil to fuel some of the thermal plants.
