    I BELIEVE IMPEACHMENT IS A MATTER FOR THE SUPREME COURT, NOT PARLIAMENT, SO IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THE PRESIDENT'S PARTY HAS A MAJORITY IN THE HOUSE.
