  Findings should have been published in all institutions but they never did so how are we expected to follow up and be infromed about progress mad eon research issues.

  Do promote the establishment of a National Congress of Science and Technology to be held every year.
  
  This annual conference would be for scientists, engineers, physicians, and technologists from CSIR, the universities, and other research bodies in the country. (KNUST has various research institutes that would also be included).
  
  This would not be a weekend getaway of pleasure but rather a very serious gathering where participants would expose WHAT THEY HAD DONE during the previous year.
  
  The conference could be jointly financed by industry and the government, but under the auspices of CSIR.
  
  Proceedings from the conference would be published in a journal like " Proceedings of National Congress for Science and Technology".
  
  The press would be there to help promulgate the highlights and breakthrough findings at the meeting.
  
  This would also provide more motivation for our scientists and engineers to be creatively productive.

  Sorry many of the researches were done for promotion to senior lecturer etc positions. The are not complete. If they were they can't be shelved. Go to Apostle Kwadwo Sarfo instead

  Also, by "findings" I'm sure the VP was referring to BRAND NEW ideas and prototypes, not just copycat fabrication of other people's creations. ...

  Also, by "findings" I'm sure the VP was referring to BRAND NEW ideas and prototypes, not just copycat fabrication of other people's creations. Innovation is about doing something no one had ever done before.
