It is only in Ghana would such a dishonorably idiot be on the government pay roll. Professor Mill should be solely blamed for imposing those criminals on us. After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

“In the last six years, the NDC has borrowed US$27 billion. Before that, we, the NPP, borrowed a total of US$5.5 billion in eight years. Compare that to the NDC borrowing $27 billion in six years and ask yourself what they have done with all that money,” the running mate to Nana Akufo-Addo said.

He said, though a lot more money has been spent, it is a paradox of economic management that this level of excessive spending has only led to greater hardships being visited on the people.

“NDC inherited a public debt stock of GHS9.5 billion in 2009,” the former Deputy Governor of the central bank said. “Today, Ghana’s debt has gone up to GHS65.7 billion. So when I say the stakes are high I am talking about the destiny of our country, Ghana, the future of the youth.”

“The NDC has been taxing everything, including condoms and cutlasses. In terms of resources, this NDC government has had more resources than any other government. We did not have oil. Yet, Ghanaians know what we did with the limited resources we had. We spent money responsibly to create the NHIS, introduce Capitation Grant, expand access to education, we spent wisely on infrastructure and built more roads than any other government,” he said.

As soon as she attempts to file appeal she should get fired,she is just going to waste tax payers money going to Appeal Court with the same foolish evidence and charges,no Judge in his right mind will side with her with those bogus evidence,she is a lawyer to know better,even laymen will not think of appealing such a case.

I wonder why she has not appealed all the numerous cases involving officials but just got up to say she is going to appeal this one,may be to make some happy,she should have refused to say something like that if she is that smart.

Will she go to Appeal Court with new evidence,even if she invites the officials who signed off on the deal does she think those people will come and say Woyome defrauded the state to implicate themselves?

That lady should give us a break,losing a case in court is not new,there is nothing like winning a case in court at all cost,the courts don't work on emotions.

In USA, the Prosecutor or District Attorney's (DA) office has only one chance to get a conviction and that is why they don't go to court without gathering enougg evidence to ensure conviction.

You read of how Prosecutors in Ghana take cases to court with garbage or scanty evidence and the haphazard way they question witnesses and even a layman like me shakes my head as if these people went to law school.

There is no need to Appeal the Woyome decision. My understanding of the law as it pertains to Appeals in USA law is that, you cannot introduce new evidence during appeal and if that is the case, then Betty Mould, Barton Oduro and others cannot be called to give evidence.

You Appeal cases because you think the Judge or jury failed to interpret the law properly and not to re-trial the case again. Taxpayers money should not be spent to Appeal this case.

Charging Woyome for causing financial loss to the state was really dumb.

What the AG should do is to arrest Mould and Oduro and charge them for causing financial loss to Ghana.

So this innocent-looking AG woman accepted ndc's bait and got her fingers stuck in their devilish cookie jar. Its a pity nobody close to her was influencial enough to talk her into declining JM's appointment, especially given all the nauseating scandals that have rocked this current administration since late Mills' tenure. Now they'll use her to wipe all the faeces left behind by the bellyful party henchmen who are probably somewhere laughing at her.One can't help but feel sorry for professional legacy and above all close relations, if she has any at all.
