The Mahama govt has failed at all levels: the Ministry of Education, the Regional Education Office, the District Education office and likewise the Regional Minister, the MCE, the DCE, the Regional Security Council, the Municipal Security Council, the District Security Council, the Regional Police Command, the Municipal Police Command, the District Police Command, and the Ho Police Force!!! All these a-holes are being paid by the taxpayer's money for doing nothing.

The Mahama government is incompetent!
