It is the richest gold mine in the world, and this is why it can afford to build its own airport whence the gold it extracts is ferried abroad.

The question is why have we allowed Anglogold to make massive profits from our gold to our detriment?

Let us prepare to take over the mine when their lease expires. We can run the mine profitably and use profits for national development.

Enough is enough!

The story says the helicopter crashed in a thick forest and it was even difficult for the fire officers to travel to the destination. So how did National security officials get to the people and the cargo aka gold in the very thick forest? Who were those on board the helicopter? We are being told of the pilot Flt Lieutenant Oppong(rtd), so who were the other two on board the flight? Did National security get to the crashed helicopter and cargo in the thick forest through the same means by which the fire service personnel were trying to use to get to the crashed helicopter and cargo and everything on board? So who owns the helicopter and the gold and everything on board the crashed helicopter? What caused the crash? Was it really a crash judging from the minor injuries the passengers on board and the pilot suffered in the 'crash'? Where folks, is the gold from the Obuasi mines?
