  Doubting 'Thomas', Daily Guide wishes the government's efforts - to resolve the electricity crisis - do not bear fruits. For the paper, the problem can only be solved by a future NPP government, hence it's scorning the present government attempts to deal with it.

  James, what promise ever got fulfilled by the NDC gov't? We are all anxiously looking forward to Dr. Kwabena Donkor's resignation in December this year, as per his own promise, if only he will live up to it.
