  From now on, ALL HUNTERS must be required to attend hunting school to learn the skills of the business before being allowed to own guns.
  
  We cannot continue doing the same stupid things forever. There have to be changes.

  I think the security agencies should advice the hunters or take them through training to ensure life and property are safe
