He sacrifices all gains at the time by wasting inordinate amount of resources to rig the elections in his favour.

I mean the guy had had a taste of presidency for 4 months and that made him desperate to do whatever it takes to continue as president no matter what.

To those who do not understand what Moody is saying: We have to borrow at a higher premium. The government's agenda of borrowing to finance projects of which NDC FOOL Soldiers were celebrating in Kumasi the other day is dead. The Cedi is going to FALL as lead in water. Prices are going to change constantly to the upper side. The country as we know it for the past 15 years is going to go down the path of DUMSOR. NDC has FINISHED Ghana. The poor people who have been following and voting for the criminals are now going to reap the benefits of their voting. More poverty, job loses, crime, and real hardship is on the way. A reduction in the price of crude oil should be a blessing to a Country that is a net importer of petroleum products. I only hope those imbeciles we have as leaders did not nicodemously hedge the price of the crude we import! Otherwise, the lamentations of the grade F Finance Minister do not make sense. NPP ruled Ghana from January 2001 to December 2008 without any revenue from crude oil. Things were far better then.

It is laughable when the NDC gov't talks about an economy. To all intents and purposes there's none, or any semblance of one. It is a tanked economy, comatose, it has kissed the canvas of retrogression and stagnation as a result of mismanagement, the plain and naked looting and plunder, incompetence and cluelessness.
The fallout is what we are all witnessing with education a mess, health a mess, employment situation a mess, industry a mess, energy a mess, infrastructure a mess, etc, etc.
How can Ghana progress with such a gov't? They need to be sent packing so quick at the ballot box in 2016 like already.

We as a country need to start consuming and exorting instead of imprtig things like toatoes,onions which can be produced in Ghana.Reduction in some imports that we can do in Ghana and fiscal discipline in finance from Government period.Hope Moody's is not a outh piece for NPP.
