  Who are the criminals?the rebels or the politicians selling and looting lands and Accumulating properties left right and centre,also why all the crimes you should go to the root causes,let the natives keep the lands and so on ...

  Illiterate natives so what?the lands belongs to them and the wealth in their tribal lands so be theirs to enjoy not the educated politicians,if this things are not check and reverse
  This crime thing you talking about will not stop but will continue,example is the issue of the nzema tribe with the oil royalties thing
