IN THE GHANA @ 50 CASE BECAUSE DR, WREKO BROBBEY AND KWADWO MPIANIM APPEARED BEFORE THE COMMISSION TO GIVE EVIDENCE, THEY COULD NOT LATER BE CHARGED FOR CAUSING FINANCIAL LOSS TO THE STATE ALTHOUGH THE RECOMMENDATION THAE COMMISSION CHAIRED BY JUSTICE DOTSE MADE SUCH CONCLUSION, WE ALL KNEW WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED. THEY RAISED THAT ISSUE AND THE JUDGE AGREED WITH THEM.THE STATUS OF A COMMISSION OF ENQUIRY IS THE SAME AS THAT OF A HIGH COURT. I BELIEVE THE CASE OF GHANA @ 50 IS STILL ON APPEAL.

Simply because she would have been embarrassed by Woyome lawyers for her complicity in the whole deal.
