You can propose, but all parties must agree and accept before any implementation. EC must also be financially ready for any nonsense proposal before it can be implemented if agreed by all parties.

  They are gradually gaining confidence to tell us where they stand in the Wayome case. They are on the thief side. RAWLINGS SAID 60% OF THEM ARE THIEVES, BUT I THINK 100% IS THE RIGHT FIGURE.

  Is there anyone in the NPP with a sense of shame or ever remorseful? Has there ever been an election process and or result that was acceptable to the NPP other than the 2000 election that brought Kufour into office? Is Ghana EC not funded by parliamentary appropriation and it's operations not outlined in some article oF Parliament? It's been 47 years since we broke free from a CPP yolk under Nkrumah and cannot change the voting practices that saw Nkrumah and the CPP convincingly triumph over the UP/UGCC matemeho crowd even unto an era that saw the NPP in power for 8-years. What does this history say about an NPP who question every election result, have disdain for the EC and yet comfortable with EC operations the NPP did not propose and usher in changes to the process during the 8-year Kufour administration? It's just a shameless bunch whining.

  Sometimes, I'm amused about the behaviour of the npp. Is it arrogance or what to call it. It is as if they are the only political party in this country, where things must be done according to their wish. What kind of disrespect for Ghanaians is this? Are they proposing or they are ordering the EC to do all what they are saying? Is this not the same system that was in place when the npp won elections twice? At the time, they did not see nothing wrong with it until when Ghanaians started telling them,enough of the stealings, the tribalism and nepotism. Why don't they appoint a chair of the EC now and give us a break. They have started finding fault where there is none. Because of this, many of us would rather perish under Mahama than an npp government led by a charatcer like Akufo Addo. As if they own Ghana.
