The police in the region and the armed rubbers are collaborating.The solution to the problem is a complete transfer of police.
You can imagine three weeks ago a young man was rubbed at home and was nearly killed upon identifying the two rubbers reported to the police.The police subsequently called the robbers to kill the Man for their safety.
Four days later the young man was shot DEAD between Tumu and Bussie in the UWR.
Untill the police in the region are transferred the problem crime rate would continue.
Upper West Region need police like Kofi Boakye, Awuni and co.
