The shambles is difficult to unravel as the autonomy of the board might be too restricted for them to be responsible for all the crap

Mahama cannot have his eyes everywhere that's why we have ministers and deputies to run the affairs of such entities. the question is where are the proceeds from this transportaton and whether this is being used to overhaul the buses when they break down. i have no party affialiation and will bash Mahama if its his fault but its time we blame our ministers for such acts. what the president has not done is a true sense of accountability and making his ministers pay for being incompetency thats why he is taking all this shots of blame. but in reality our parliament and ministers are all jokes and complete failure and this affects the president for being too much laid back on such issues.

Railway workers are retrieving parts from broken down locomotives in the bush to get their trains running.
