  There are some students who live in villages where there are no lights at all and are taking the same exams as those who live in cities but still they will be able to pass. So if you are in the city and you fail the exams then it means you did not study what you were taught and therefore can not blame dumso which is a third world country's problem. Most of our professors and doctors came from villages where there were no lights during the time they were going to schools so load shedding can not be blamed.

  I don't think you ever Wrote WASSCE. No matter how prepared you are you will still need to work harder during the exams period and that includes day and night. Don't blame the students but our leaders who have failed them.
