2. Grant is playing players out of position. Atsu must be used as an 8 or backup 10. Appiah must be scratched from bstar, period. He simply don't have the quality for bstar. Why is grant so stubborn about this appiah guy? Appiah should go and complain to your moda and play the ball. Yiadom and assifuah for 9. Jordan ayew and adomah for 7. Acquah and badu/rabiu for 6. Schlupp, acheampong for 11. Grant had badu, jordan, atsu and rabiu in this game at the same damn time. Doing what? Is thisnoluman confused or what? Briamah is inexperienced and I wouldn't even start him. Every position needs 2 competent players. Grant is dumb. You need to call tall defenders and strikers so they can use their heads to fend off aerial balls and score goals. Look at what yiadom did? Busumbru, please be informed that Ada is home to a large number of Ewes also, just as Accra is to numerous Akan sub-groups. Ewes have inter-married with Adas in large numbers. As a result of the peaceful co-existence of these two ethnic groups, they often speak each other's language. Indeed, one is often amazed to hear Adas speaking fluent and impeccable Ewe just as the Ewe do Ada.

But the point I'm making here is that that Atsu is from Ada doesn't mean he's not an Ewe; he's indeed an Ewe, but born and raised in Ada. Even his name alone testifies to that, for Atsu means a male twin. In other words, the name 'Atsu' is given to the male when a male and a female twins are born, the female being called Atsufi or Atsufe, meaning Atsu's sister, or younger sister. This is what prevails especially among the Anlo.

Now, since Atsu is the surname of our Black Stars Christian Atsu, it means that that was the name his grandfather or great-great grandfather possibly adopted as his surname and it's thus passed on from one generation to the next as is the custom in patrilineal cultures, like the Ewe and the Ga.

Admittedly, there're also some Ada people who bear Ewe names but can't speak Ewe at all or can barely do so, because they're raised elsewhere and not at Ada. Yet part of their relations is traceable to the Ewe because of the inter-ethnic marriages I've referred to above.

The mistakes by some of our players as a result of them not being able to make good judgement is causing us lots of pain and downfall. The goalkeeper trainer MUST GO PERIOD, if coach Grant wanted to succeed. I like goalkeeper Brimah a lot but he still not up for the full task yet.
