  For God's sake let's check his background before we realize our stupidty as a country. Could he speak coherent english or french.
  
  What about his level of deductive and inductive reasoning and his level of understanding of maritime law. I hope he is not a domestic case judge, after all the president or the minister appointing him will not know differences in the field of law.
  
  Just imagine how Asiedu Nketia, leading official government delegation disgrace us with his "ladies winter coat saga".

  William Nyarko, you must go back to your books and study international dispute settlement. How can persons chosen as ad hoc judges present oral arguments and conterclaim? You don't even know the difference between an ad hoc judge and an Agent. Judges don't present cases. Finish your school and get a degree before you get into international dispute settlement. And the name is Thomas Mensah, not Timothy Mensah.

  As long as Cote d'Voire is able to demonstrate to the Tribunal that there is a prima facie case to determine between the parties, the Tribunal WILL make the preliminary order pending the determination of the substantive issue ...

  As long as Cote d'Voire is able to demonstrate to the Tribunal that there is a prima facie case to determine between the parties, the Tribunal WILL make the preliminary order pending the determination of the substantive issue of ownership of the disputed territory. It would be better for Ghana to bring Cote d' Voire to the negotiating table rather than leaving the matter for preliminary determination by the Tribunal as any prudent lawyer will tell you on the balance of probability is not looking good for Ghana. The only way Ghana can compel the Tribunal not to make the preliminary order is if Ghana can conclusive demonstate to the Tribunal that Cote d'Voire has no case at all which I think Ghana will find difficult to do.
