Certain state institutions are deemed to be the government so the AG being the government lawyer represents them in legal cases.

What will madam Nolle Proseqoui do now? My sympathies but blame yourself! Everybody wants their share. If Woyome alone could get away with $30million, why can't other Ghanaians? After all, it's Ghana's money. Just pay them!

That is certainly not democracy's trait of beauty if it allows psychopaths and sadists who have no moral code nor a sense of reality to surf the web and mock, ridicule and insult grief stricken families.

The reason the AG is a party in the suit is because they are lawyers for the state. The Ghana Police are deemed as part of the civil service created by statute. The defendant the policeman represents the Ghana Police who in turn come under the civil service headed by the Government of Ghana whose lawyers are the AGs department
