  Only in Ghana will the citizens accept such nonsense from utility company. And yet the price of these utilities are going to be increased and the people will pay it. These companies can charge Ghanaians even if the don't deliver any goods or services. Why?? Because they know Ghanaian will pay. It seems like we don' know our rights

  (2) a govt will wait for 4 years and make all kinds of promisses about "end of dumsor" and will not meet those promises
  
  For your info VRA does not sell to the public, they sell to the power distributors etc
  
  Let us try and get a little bit of facts before we start these rants again
  
  the main article you responded to was very badly written that I didnt bother to finish
  The journalist, at the minimum, should have mentioned that VRA was unable to pay GNGC becauise VRA itself was owed a billion by the goverment

  It is not that they fail because of incompetence, they fail because they deliberately refused to prepare when we kept telling them that Ghana gas was coming 3 years ago. They wanted to continue reliance on Nigeria Gas. Why? only God knows, that's how come they look unprepared. They are capable, they just didn't want to do it and expected the energy Minister to be on their backs to do it but he too, he doesn't what is required for efficiency

  The solution to the dumso crisis lies firmly with the company. The VRA management should wake up to the problems with electricity facing our country.
  
  They should get all their plants running and ready to utilise gas from our oilfields immediately.
  
  We call on the sector minister to ensure that they do so.
