think Ghana can afford to accept or take into consideration(entertain) any idea of restraining order to suspend exporation of its oil fields while the case is in Court, considering the fact that the area, first and foremost is in Ghana's territorial waters and the number of years of installation activities devoid of any objections by La Cote d'Ivoire(Ivory Coast) at inception of the project by Ghana. Therefore,I pray the Court to tossed out the injunction.
Again,the Court may be an Equity Court but,I do not think Ghana is in Hamburg to accept to pay any reparations from or to Ivory Coast,or Share the Site with Ivory Coast,
b'cos the Site is in Ghana's territorial waters and boundary.Therefore, claims by Ivory Coast is fraudulent and daylight robbery.
Therefore,Ghana Navy and Military Forces should be deployed to the Site immediately,if they are not already there,to patrol,protect, expel any intruder/intrusion and defend Ghana's territorial waters.Period !

Ghana should have asserted its right by refusing to negotiate with Ivory Coast, and by refusing any mediation by arbitration. But our political leaders wanted this fake accolade from the international community that Ghana is a peaceful country. Ghana should take a cue from India. India has stated unequivocally that it would not participate in any mediation about Kashmir. Why can't Ghana do the same? Is it because we have low IQ?

Oyikoi Otoo must stop his nonsense because he is not a maritime boundaries lawyer. Ghanaians will never accept their limits. This lawyer only knows domestic Ghanaian law.
