Governance is not meant for academicians and scholars but rather for practitioners and activists. Jonathan is a professor of zoology but his government performed woefully. The same thing happened to Prof Atta Mills' government. The only achievement of Prof Mills is the payment of gargantuan judgment debts to undeserving non-entities. If a whole professor of law could be that incompetent then it tells you that governance is meant for academicians and school boys and girls. This is why Ghanaians must always vote massively for practitioners and activists. In the UK, majority of their politicians are chartered accountants whiles in the US they used to be professional soldiers and now they have practicing lawyers as leaders. Academicians are simply useless when it comes to governance. No wonder the reggae musician and philosopher Bob Marley described them as Crazy Bald Heads who must be chased out of the town.
