Lawyer Ampaw as a citizen of Ghana has every right and reason to call for Asamoa Gyan,s arrest for a statement. At least he is the first witness to the demise of Castro and his female companion. Why has the nation's Police Administration not taken any statement from Asamoa Gyan, until this day? Asamoa Gyan's money must not be allowed to prevent justice to the two missing individuals. Asamoa Gyan's arrest is still pending, and lawyer Ampaw as a citizen of Ghana and a lawyer, has every right to demand same. Asamoa Gyan's hands are "dirty" in this case and cannot use his money to gag any citizen from asking the right questions. He must be arrested to produce Castro and his compaion. This is a mockery of justice.

Secondly, legal issues are dealt and solved with authorities and principles therefore, once there is NO ongoing court proceeding on the sudden death of Castro against Gyan and that so called lawyer decides to act negligently by speaking publicly at the radio stations to tarnish Gyan's reputation then, that is what I mean by defamation of character.It is an offence to make a false statement to destroy someone's image.If he is unable to prove and establish in the court of law that Gyan is responsible for his death then,he will definitely loose and will be asked to pay for damages . Consider these points.(1)Gyan being with Castro does not mean he is responsible for his drowning. (2)He might be on the boat without a well fastened life jacket as health and safety procedures are not taken seriously at all in Ghana.(3)The severity of the current in that water if anyone has to fall in it. Lastly it might be due to his own negligence or the resort neglected the duty of care they owed to him. A lawyer will understand what I am saying. Without any legal background, you won't understand it.
