When you adore these fools in power, society perish. No wonder corruption and stupidity in Ghana is at its highest.
A learned Lawyer in Ghana can boldly claim spiritual attacks without proper evidence and he is hailed by section of moron/illiterates citizens have no merit to carry a license to practice law and Asamoah Gyan has every right to pursue this full for defamation of character.
My illiterate brethren are fond of pointing unnecessary fingers without proper evidence to support their claim and this case is a perfect example of how many of our perished citizens behave.
Fact 1: Asamoah Gyan invited Castro to a beach party.
fact 2:Castro invited his girlfriend to the party.
fact 3: Both parties hired individual speed boats.
Fact four: Castro went on cruising with her girlfriend.
Fact 4: Castro and girlfriend vanished from their speedboat and the key had been taken off the boat**
Fact 5 Asamoah Gyan and his friends were alarmed about disappearance of his friends.
Fact 6: Asamoah Gyan called for a rescue team to search for his best friend.
Fact 7:Castro has never resurface from where the boat was found neither had the girlfriend.
Fact for Jokers:Public incantations were made and a chief priest nearly drowned out of his stupidity
Fact 8: Public enemies began pointing fingers at Asamoah Gyan.
Fact9: Asamaoah Gyan was nearly lynched by a mob.
Fact 10: No one has questioned the resort rules of engaging a missing person and their safety rules.
Fact 12:Ghanaians have lost a great talent or he is hiding somewhere.
Fact 13: Asamoah Gyan was not seen pushing Castro into the river nor colliding with his speed boat.
Fact 14: Nothing on these facts implicate Asamoah Gyan as a culprit.
Fact 15:Lawyer Ampaw is an illiterate or opportunist and Asamoah Gyan has every right to pursue a lawsuit. In order to deter Ghanaians from making unnecessary comment in the future.

Asamoah Gyan should have been invited as a witness at least (not an accessory on this ocassion) by the authorities should Ghana be a different Country. Let us call a spade a spade.
