That Ayine guy seems not to know what he is doing,he is asking the Judges to be good ambassadors of the Chief Justice as if Judges serve the interest of the Chief Justice instead of the country.

How can he continue making all these foolish comments,was he making the comments to make the Chief Justice happy because of his foolish statements on the trial Judge of the Woyome case?

He may probably file a case involving the state and individual as that of the Chief Justice vs the individual or vice versa for a damage control.

We are aware that ATUGUBA IS BRIBE THIRSTY JUDGE. If he were not, he would not have used tactics which are not in the Judges' code of conduct to intimedate witnesses as well as journalists and politicians.

He twisted the arms of other judges on the constitutional case to dismiss the case within five minutes.

In all civilised Courts, discenting voices or views are recorded but not in this case.

ATUGUBA MUST COME OUT CLEAN FOR THE PEOPLE TO EVALUATE AND ACCEPT HIM.

CJ you just keep blowing hot air. Do you think some of your judges care. What concrete steps have you taken to speed up and ensure that the judicial complaints process is serious and efficient. Some of your judges are dispensing justice in a manner that is so corrupt and they are openly getting away with the crimes they are committing under the protection of your bench. It is getting out of hand and you better take concrete steps to put into place a fast judicial complaints process that actually works and is not just a department within your outfit for namesake. If found guilty they MUST be publicly named and shamed and thrown off the bench as a very clear deterrent that the judiciary is not for dishonest and immoral people out to sell justice and make money but is ONLY FOR THOSE WILLING TO BE HONEST AND TO UPHOLD AND HONOUR WITH DIGNITY THE LAWS OF THIS COUNTRY. Some of your judges are a total embarrassment and disgrace to society.

The public have already lost confidence in a corrupt,weak and ineffective judicial system.It is an open secret that judges connive with lawyers,prosecutors and clients to take bribe and pass a false judgement against those with very good cases who lack financial muscle.Ghana's law courts are controlled and manipulated by the rich and powerful often the villains to circumvent justice with victims enduring the pain of double loss.This is most unfortunate because the prime objective of any court of competent jurisdiction is to ensure fairness and equality as basic prerequisite of fundamental human rights.The maxim we are all equal before the law does not hold in Ghana.The law in Ghana has become the bonafide property of genuine criminal elements with the affluence and influence to corrupt lawyers and judges with bribes.

Much as this is a good call, the judiciary is a on family or to put right a third arm of government,judges right from the lower courts to the Supreme Court ve their independent minds and each one handling a case must not be interfere by a senior fellow in anyway possible . decisions from the lower court is subject to review way up to the lader till it's finally delt with either in favor of or against the particular case . I ve had course to wonder why some rulings and interpretation of the English word like SHALL can mean something else when we all know it's a mandatory or a command word,an example is the fact that,there shall be a council of state, which has always been the situation in every Democratic dispensation, so my question is can this be varied by the president or anybody?. I am yet to come to terms with the Supreme Court ruling in the election petition which the word shall which made it mandatory for presiding officers of the Electoral Commission to sign and when they failed to so, the Supreme Court saw nothing wrong with that and unanimously rule it out.As an ordinary man I can not understand this and I think some clarification is needed in this regards.

The ordinary man's undemanding of the law is said to be limited as the case may be but as a student English language words and their meanings should be carefully interpreted by the judges so we can appreciate them.Also case that affect the state and sort to cause the tax payer including that of the judges because they also pay taxes, should see all state legal brains who re on the payroll of the state come together if the need be to religiously guide against such fraudulent payments such as the ones the state is confronted with by way of judgment debts,it the executive plan anything fishy the judiciary as an independent body must prove their wealth as far as the law is concerned,case example is the woyome payment and as far as I am concerne the judiciary can not be absorbed in the blame from those who cooked the deal and those who allowed it to be consumed.

How can an idiot like Martin Amidu win such a shallow case against Mr. Woyome. Even the SC rulling that stopped the DA elections should hv been rulled in favour of the EC to avoid that huge loss to the state.

In my opinion, the CJ must rather concentrate on the massive corruption within the Judiciary. She is part of the corruption canker in the judiciary, and must rather see to it that the part of the seed she sowed is what is going on in the country. The highest legally approved corruption bill in the country is the EX-GRATIA, which must be repealed with immediate effect.
